Scheduling & Punctuality

Your service starts at the time scheduled and the only way to schedule an appointment is to do so online.  Please be early for appointments, because unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive their full scheduled treatment time. If you are 10 minutes or more late, you may need to reschedule and will be charged for 100% of the scheduled services.


Cancellation Policy

Tina Skin Studio values and respects your appointment and your time. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to our other clients, please notify us 24-hours in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients that cancel within 24 hours or no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Appointments are required, and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout. We send out a reminder email and text a couple days before your appointment.


Confirmations via Email and Text

As a courtesy, we will send an email or text to confirm your appointment immediately after booking. A reminder will also be sent via email two business days prior to your appointment date. Please ensure that we have your current email address and phone number on file. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.


Payment Types

We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards and Cash App payments. No personal checks are accepted.


Children / Kids

Our space is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is not appropriate for children and is a potential liability risk.  Although we love children, please do not bring them with you, unless they are being services. A client that is scheduled for a service that arrives with young children (age 12 or younger) will be asked to reschedule and may be charged 100% of the scheduled services – minimum $25 charge.  If you are under 17 you’ll need to bring a parent or guardian with you to your 1st appointment as we will need their consent. If you are under 16 the parent or guardian must stay in the room with you during a bikini service. Anyone over the age of 17 will the only person permitted in the room during their service, so please limit your friends and family that may accompany you.



Discounts and coupons cannot be combined.  


Retail Products

There are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products.  All sales are final.
